Theory of the value of a good
Thursday, July 17, 2008
According to this new theory,
Value of a good = Satisfaction derived from the good / Price of the good
Therefore, when price of the good = 0, then the value takes on an undefined value, which can be stated as unlimited.
Therefore, free goods are the best.
Credits go to Ewen for this theory, which was discovered at a humble location called Cafe Cartel where we were feasting on the free bread provided while spending $6.40 combined for both our meals there.
Should go there more often. Always laugh like mad when talking to him there.
