And so, with it being 27th December, all that remains is just a few days (less than a week! OMG!) before school reopens. This is a period of transition, and it's something that you don't really know very well.
What do I expect? Fun? Dread? Anger? I seriously do not know what the new year is going to be like, considering that it's a new milestone in my life as I head into RJC.
Also, even though this is a little embarrassing to say, I have led the past 10 years of my education in boy schools. This is a period where this is set to change, and I again do not know what to expect. It's not that I do not know any girls, but it's just different in a sense. Not really excited about this prospect, as the image of RGS girls bored into my brain isn't exactly flattering, but it's still something new I will have to get used to.
Now on to the more serious stuff. Does anyone know where you're supposed to go, or what you're supposed to bring or wear on the first day of school? Because honestly, I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. RJC is so damn huge, there can be a million places to report to, and I'm also not exactly familiar with the layout of RJC (unless you tell me to meet at the canteen... I'm very confident I know the way there), so there's a tad bit of confusion here. Anyone with any idea of anything, please inform me. Gladly appreciated.
Also, some news. There will be a countdown gathering for the 4A peeps on 31st December, and the location is currently unknown (will have to confirm later). Whether I can go or not is still a mystery, but I'm somewhat confident that I will be able to go. Tell me or Shawn if you are interested, and we will see what we can do. Your presence is appreciated, and do bring along close friends or girlfriends if you want (do note that this is a jibe at Jon Gan), and hopefully enough people will go so that we can have some fun together.
I'm quite free over the next few days as well, so if there's anything you want to call me out for, please tell me one day in advance, and I'll see if I can go out. That's it peeps!
